There are a number of things to remember when burning a candle in order to get the most out of it.

If a tall flickering flame occurs OR if you see black smoke rising from the flame, extinguish the candle and trim the wick to around 5-7mm before relighting.

Never burn your candle for more than four continuous hours

Always remove any debris that may have fallen into the melt pool

In order to prevent 'tunnelling', let your candle burn enough to create a pool to the edges of the container before extinguishing.

Candles get hot! Always place your candle on a suitable surface

You should find they last around 40 hours as long as the candle is properly maintained. (See - how should I look after my candle?)

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 11am. Orders after then will be dispatched the following day. Parcels are sent via Hermes and should then take a further 2-3 days to arrive.

If you have ordered a personalised candle, please allow +3 days

We always try to use recycled and recyclable material when packing our products in order to limit the impact on the environment. As such you may receive your order in second use packaging.
