Frequently asked questions
There are a number of things to remember when burning a candle in order to get the most out of it.
If a tall flickering flame occurs OR if you see black smoke rising from the flame, extinguish the candle and trim the wick to around 5-7mm before relighting.
Never burn your candle for more than four continuous hours
Always remove any debris that may have fallen into the melt pool
In order to prevent 'tunnelling', let your candle burn enough to create a pool to the edges of the container before extinguishing.
Candles get hot! Always place your candle on a suitable surface
